Question about chastity

My friend asked me a question and I wasn’t sure on the answer since I had never thought about it. Is it a sin to purposefully look at other boys “stuff” while changing in the locker room, not out of lust, but just out of curiousity and to self compare? He is male also if that was not clear and plays a sport.

Just because some boys of have done this…does not make it a morally good action. It is not something that should be done.
