Question about days/months

I know that certain days are dedicated to certain people, example Saturday is for Our Lady, Thursday is for the Eucharist, and then there are certain months dedicated also, do any of you know where I can find this information? Thank You and God Bless.

And there are people who think this is meant by the Liturgical Year.

Byzantine dedication of weekdays is quite different. There is no dedication of months.
