"Whoever approaches the Fountain of Life on this day will be granted* complete **forgiveness of sins and punishment.” (Diary, 300) *

What does this mean? Does it mean that this is a free ticket from purgatory and a fresh new start through the remaining duration of the course of one’s life … as if you were “born again” / baptized again and sins are literally ERASED. An indulgence?? That the natural consequences of our sins will be washed away (here on Earth?). Divine Mercy experts… please clarify

Those who confess, receive communion and do acts of mercy on the Feast of Mercy receive a Plenary Indulgence which takes away sin and punishment completely. Yes, you are born-again when you fulfill the three requisites required by the Lord on that day. Should you die after gaining this Plenary Indulgence, you go straight to heaven. But, of course, if you commit sin, especially a mortal sin, then you lose the state of grace and you cannot enter heaven. But God is so merciful that if you are a devotee of Divine Mercy, He will show mercy and won’t be the Just Judge at the hour of death. This is why Divine Mercy is so special. It is the last call for the human race to approach God NOW who pours out his unfathomable mercy. And the day of Divine Mercy won’t be for long as what the Lord Jesus has said for the Day of God’s Justice is very near.

Thanks… Going to spread as much awareness as I can on this.
