Question about entertainment

I was just wondering if it’s really wrong to watch a film or program that has sex/ nudity in it? Because a lot of the things I like watching has some of those types of scenes; it’s not that I go looking for them but I’m reluctant to give up the parts I do enjoy. How do you guys deal with this issue?

**I think it is (mostly) up to your discretion. Many movies are good and just happen to contain nudity/sex scenes which really don’t need to be there.

I am a convert as well and what I have noticed is that as my faith grows, my enjoyment from certain forms of entertainment decreases. Doesn’t mean i don’t enjoy a good movie, just that I have started to redefine “good” for myself.

Another point though is if the nudity/sex scenes are a near occasion of sin for you, then it would be right for YOU to stop watching them. But if they are just part of the movie and you could just as well do without them, go and enjoy the movies!**
