Question about hermaphrodites

Hey guys, this is NOT a joke topic, I was wondering is it a sin to fall in love with/marry a hermaphrodite because they could be considered the same sex?

This really has me confused.
 
Is this an idle speculation or is there a personal interest? No, never mind; MY question is too personal.

My personal take is to go by genetics. An XX is a female; it’s just that in the development of the fetus, the hormones got messed up.
