I can’t think what you mean if not “Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament” or as you say, Eucharistic Adoration.
But I ask the Lord to help you and to hold you close in your adoration.
God grant you peace and joy!
You can pray as you wish, from the heart, with the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and with the Rosary in meditating on the life of Jesus within the decades, and in silence or with your own inner words. Speak to Jesus of all in your heart and life, and for those you love, and give Him thanks for His welcome. I ask the Holy Spirit to guide you.
God bless you,
Trishie
“Our soul awaits the Lord, He is our help and our shield; our hearts rejoice in Him, we trust in His holy name. Lord God, let Your love rest on us, as our hope has rested in You.” [Psalm 33:20-22]
Out of His infinite glory, may He give you the power through His Spirit for your hidden self to grow strong, so that Christ may live in your hearts through faith, and then, planted in love and built on love, you will with all the saints have strength to grasp the breadth and the length, the height and the depth; until, knowing the love of Christ, which is beyond all knowledge, you are filled with the utter fullness of God.”
“
Glory be to Him whose power, working in us, can do infinitely more than we can ask or imagine; glory be to Him from generation to generation in the Church and in Christ Jesus for ever and ever. Amen.” [Ephesians 3: 14-21]
