I know masturbation is grave.

But I did it for at least one time a day for four days?

It felt like my body wants it, not me. Seems like addiction. Do you think even if I feel that I did it out of addiction but knows it wrong while doing it, still, did I do a grave sin?
I know addiction lessen culpability.

Addiction or force of habit can reduce culpability, but we tend not to be good judges of our own situations. Thus, it is good to consult a priest and avail yourself of regular confession with the sincere resolve to change.

Even if your culpability is mitigated, the act will continue to poison your soul, preventing you from properly fulfilling God’s plan for your sexuality until you are able to break free. Moreover, the habit will only become more ingrained the longer you allow it to persist. Trust me – there will never be an easier time to quit than right now. It may be extremely difficult but will be well worth it.

First off, how old are you exactly? I would also recommend talking to your school nurse, doctor, counselor and priest, and parents too. It’s good to be open and honest with your love ones as difficult it may be.

This is the wrong place to ask. See your confessor. We all mean well but your confessor is in the best position to help you with this.

Are you looking for a loophole? If you thought that even a single act would send you to eternal hell, would you have a casual attitude toward it?

“My body wants it”

The devil’s lie! Oldest trick in the book.
Resist the devil and he will flee from you - James 4:7

Whether it is an “addiction” in your case to the extent that it would reduce your culpability is a question none of us here can answer. You’d be better off asking a priest in the Confessional.

Just go to Confession either way, and you’ll be all good. 👍

We’re you dwelling on impure thoughts while doing it? That is a mortal sin in and of itself. I would confess it and do what your priest says. He can help assess your culpability. Nobody else here can do that. God bless.

If only I remembered to think about this every time I am about to sin.
