Question about my marriage

Ok is my marriage consider valid in the catholic church?
We were married in the court by a judge. Then six months latter We had my pastor Lutheran preform the church wedding.
If it is valid then do we recieve all the blessings and graces?
And is it scaramentel?
 
There are too many unknowns to say. I recommend you contact the diosocen office in your area.
 
Yes that would be best, to talk with a Priest or Deacon - the validity of a marriage is pretty much determined one on one as there are too many variances to make any blanket statements as to its validty or not
 
With the information given only:

Valid - YES

Sacramental - No, and more so if one or either of you were baptized Catholic.

but like its said before my post…more info is needed… 👍
 
Canon law 1066, “Before a marriage is celebrated, it must be evident that nothing stands in the way of its valid and licit celebration.”

Your marriage is legal in the eyes of the county, state etc.laws.
However, in order for you to be in full communion with the Catholic church, and be able to participate in the Sacrament of the Eucharist, my advice to you is to speak to a priest or deacon before you do anything else.
If you have not been married in a Catholic church in a sacramental bond, it is likely that you may not be in a valid sacramental marriage. You do not indicate if either of you have been married before which would mean that you have impediments already that have to be handled before your marriage can be convalidated, validated or blessed(the most common terms you may hear of) in the Catholic church. It’s certainly worth the inquiry, make an appointment at your earliest convenience.
