I started charting my BBT a week ago in order to get more accurate info on my cycle. I have used the Billings method for a couple years but I don’t feel confident with only checking the cervical mucus anymore. My cycles have changed since my miscarriage 6 months ago, and I’m not sure what is going on. The research I’ve done suggests that charting my BBT will reveal if I am ovulating or not.
There is nobody to teach me to chart my BBT and I am relying on the internet. I think I understand what I’m supposed to do and how to do it and so far my chart looks as I expect it to be.
I was wondering if you can tell me how long it took you to learn to chart properly, so you could confidently interpret the data.
Any advice on what to do and not do?
Your suggestions for online sources that you found helpful are most welcome.
