That’s the verse:
“God doesn’t take back the gifts he has given or forget about the people he has chosen.”

What do you believe about the meaning of the word “gifts” here? Does it refer to talents, intelligence, and worldly gifts, to spiritual gifts or to both of them?
 
In this particular verse, Paul is referencing the election of the Jews as the Chosen people. Start at the first verse of Chapter 11 (You really could start at Chapter 9). Basically, he is saying that Israel’s unbelief opens the door for the salvation of the Gentiles, but it does not revoke the promise God made to Israel.
