Question about viewing Immodesty/Nudity

If you have consented to view images/materials that are immodest or provocative such as Bikini Swimwear, or clothes showing cleavage etc. Is that in itself Mortally sinful?, or is it only a Mortal sin if such images lead you to lust after viewing them.

also,Is it possible to Mortally sin by viewing Fine art which contains nudity, assuming that you merely view the Painting/statue and that you do not Lust after view such. And even if you have focused on the breasts or genitals

I struggle with scruples, so please explain this issue clearly, so that I do not jump to a wrong conclusion.

I am not an expert or anything, but I would say if you look twice, or for a third time, at some pop up or immodestly dressed person, rather than ignore, I would bring it up in confession. I don’t think it would be mortally sinful without lust.

As long as you stick to good art, you have no problem. Perhaps you can buy a book that details the Sistine chapel images, so that you can learn to look at good, clean, and holy artwork without worry.
