Please keep my diocese in your prayers that with the new translations that things start to improve and that the EF Mass will become an option there too. I grew up on the OF Mass, and some things were just normal to me like no kneeling and tabernacle out of sight. Attending the EF Mass has really opened my eyes to things we should be doing at OF Mass:MissRose, I am so sorry about the stae of the parishes near you. Here we have so many gifted liturgists and a bishop who keeps his priests in line. We also have many close by options for the EF (although not on Sunday). We love our parish but attend EF Masses for First Friday and other similar occasions.
*Much more quiet in the sanctuary before/during/after Mass and people keeping comments/conversations for other times/places.
*People dressing neatly, modestly, and appropriately for Mass regardless of the season.
*Kneeling after the Sanctus to The Pater Noster (Holy Holy to the Our Father) then after the Agnus Dei (Lamb of God) til after Communin
