Hi All
I have questions for Catholics on Alcohol. I know that some of you are going to get mad at me for asking this, but this is truley something that I dont understand about the Catholic belief on this matter. As I have said before, my in-laws are mostly Catholic, and whenever there is a get together much alcohol is consumed. We just got back from her Sister’s 25th anniversary and there was a 16 gallon keg and 32 cases of beer. When the church that she used to go to had a family fundraiser for their new building, they had a beer garden and auctioned off old bottles of whiskey as well as other things. Almost all Catholic functions that I have been to, and I have been to alot, involve drinking. I’m not asking this to make people mad. Thanks for your thoughts.
