Which brings us back to the question in the first post:

What was the first false teaching of the the Catholic Church?

Or what was the first false teaching, if you prefer?

Sorry Truthstalker, I wasn’t following the entire thread and went back and caught up, I assumed you were trying to say the Catholic Church (only) had weeds in it and only the protestants were weeding through. My apologies…

I apologize for my comment in light of the context you meant it, I reread the past threads and originally thought you were saying the Catholic Church is full of “weeds” and it is only the Protestants that “weed” them out. My apologies…
