Can someone here who has an SSPX calendar be so kind as to tell me if there is a fish on it for Holy Saturday?

Thank you and God reward you!

I’ve got an older one, but can’t find it. Today and tomorrow are days of fast and abstinence though on traditional calenders. After the Easter Vigil, you may feast.

Thanks Onegin.

The only traditional calendar I have is from a group that follows the pre-1958 rules. I want to know whether I should abstain from meat on Holy Saturday which was, at one time, obligatory.

Hi Lormar.

Its a half-fish for Holy Saturday, which means traditional day of fast and partial abstinence. Not obligatory.

A Blessed Good Friday, Holy Saturday, and Happy Easter to you and all.

Rory

Yep, Rory is correct. Just looking at my SSPX calendar right now. We spent yesterday at FSSP in Seattle for Good Friday. Rosary, Stations Good Friday service then Veneration of the Cross. We drove 135 miles each way and spent from 1:00pm to 5:20 pm. It was magnificent!!!
