In another room someone stated that deaths of women performed by “medically trained” doctors is “unheard of.” Not be a computer wiz (or any other kind of wiz) i did not find some info to disagree with him. Can anyone help?

My understanding as to why this happens is because in a hospital when someone dies, what they write down in the death certificate is the actual and direct cause of the death not the event that caused the death. As if, someone falls from a 20th story building the cause of death will be “blunt force trauma” For the untrained medical person there is no possible way to relate a blunt force trauma to falling from a 20th story building.

In abortion, for example, if the procedure results in a perforation of the uterus, the perforation would probably cause a hemorraghe that can cause the death of the woman but because the direct cause of death was the hemorraghe, hemorraghe is what goes on the certificate, not abortion, making it then extremely difficult for anybody to identify who died from an abortion.

Yes. I have heard that the coroners list cause of death as sepsis and loss of blood, etc. And the news will never give reports of rates on sterility, depression, breast cancer, etc. It would be too “anti-woman” to be truthful.

No, it is not “unheard of”. The CDC and a variety of other entities track this number.

These websites helpfully curates a lot of these statistics:

realchoice.0catch.com/library/deaths/legaldeaths.htm

whatyouknowmightnotbeso.com/unsafe.html

ewtn.com/library/PROLIFE/LEGABOR2.TXT

But you can certainly go to the CDC and slog through all the pages yourself.

Thanks everyone. I did find some other stuff. Frankly I do not know the poster who most likely will not accept it. But maybe in time…

Yes, woman today still die or are injured while receiving an abortion. There is a chance that their will be complications in any medical procedure.

In one sense it was a wasted period of time with the proabortionist. I presented him with facts proving women die and have other health problems from abortion. His response was to criticize the church’s stand on contraception. When one attack failed he switched to another.

Thanks for all your help…
