Question on Fast & Abstinence please

Okay, I have a question…

Okay so Fast & Abstinence applies only on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday ?
okay on my Catholic Calendar it says
Wednesday (26th) Fast & Abstinence
then after that Every Friday Abstinence until Good Friday which shows Fast & Abstinence…
Define please?
