you are wellcome
Dear planten** B W, you wanted reference for that Hadith posted by Hadi. Here is the reference:
.
- Bukhari** page 12/1 and uslim Kitab al Eimaan.
- Tirmizi Kitab al Eimaan chapter about attributes of Gabriel…
One of many reasons why no one takes him seriously.Dear planten,You should not use hadith as references, even if anyone ask it from you…because you are the only muslim I have ever met who openly deny Sahih hadiths (even Bukhari!)if the hadiths are against your thoughts and philosophy!
**morning_star, I never said I do not believe in hadith. If I do not believe in hadith then I will not believe in bibleNT too because the bible is far below the standard of our hadith. Bible is a biography of Jesus and much smaller and not reliable. The Hadith is much more reliable.Dear planten,You should not use hadith as references, even if anyone ask it from you…because you are the only muslim I have ever met who openly deny Sahih hadiths (even Bukhari!)if the hadiths are against your thoughts and philosophy!
**Cross is a symbol of the church. It should be respected. It is upto the christians to decide whether it is good to carry a cross or not. Personally, I do not like the Cross because it was an instrument of the enemies of Jesus whereby they tried to punish Jesus. One of my muslim friends held the crucifix I was wearing in his hand and looked at it for a few seconds. I thought nothing of this of course, but then another of my muslim friends, twice in the last week, has taken the crucifix I wear, gazed at it and even ‘stroked’ Jesus. I made light of it asking if he was cursing my crucifix (in a joking manner) and his nonchallant ‘yes’ response wasn’t very encouraging. He could have been joking.
Anyway, what is this about?
It’s a crucifix, a cross with Jesus nailed to it. Perhaps this is more offensive to muslims.**Cross is a symbol of the church. It should be respected. The Jews adamantly pressed hard for Jesus to be Crucified. Even though the punishment for blasphemy in the Jewish law was stoning to death.
Why the Jews cried harsh that Jesus should be Crucified (Killed on the Cross).? It was to prove that he was not a man of God, not a pious person.
Muslims love Jesus. They do not love the Cross.

Dear Planten, by comparing the two and belittling the Holy Bible, you have shown how poor you are in knowledge. You say Hadiths are far better than the NT, but still you say that not all hadiths are acceptable, where as we Christians do take the complete Holy Bible as God Inspired.**morning_star, I never said I do not believe in hadith. However, as the bible is man made (not word of God) so the Hadith is also man made (not exact word of God). So I do not indulge too much in man made books.
Please note that Hadith has rules. Not all hadith are to be accepted without checking. But you have no rules or law about bible. Too bad.**
it’s an individual issue…but here is what I think. It’s a crucifix, a cross with Jesus nailed to it. Perhaps this is more offensive to muslims.
What do you think my friend was doing? I’ll be sure to protect my crucifix in future from any muslim who may be cursing Jesus’ sacrifice.
I cannot speak for your “muslim friend” touching the Crucifix, but I doubt it if he/she was cursing Our Lord Jesus Sacrifice. It’s a crucifix, a cross with Jesus nailed to it. Perhaps this is more offensive to muslims.
What do you think my friend was doing?** I’ll be sure to protect my crucifix in future from any muslim who may be cursing Jesus’ sacrifice.**
Also I don’t think your view of the bible is Islamic.
Some Muslims won’t even shake hands with a Christian [unclean], so doesn’t your friend risk being unclean by touching a Christian religious article? One of my muslim friends held the crucifix I was wearing in his hand and looked at it for a few seconds. I thought nothing of this of course, but then another of my muslim friends, twice in the last week, has taken the crucifix I wear, gazed at it and even ‘stroked’ Jesus. Anyway, what is this about?
In fairness we have no problem shaking hands with each other. Some Muslims won’t even shake hands with a Christian [unclean], so doesn’t your friend risk being unclean by touching a Christian religious article?
Of course. The muslims do not believe in the Cross or Christs Crucifixion at all ~
OKit’s an individual issue…
Yes, and as I’ve said over and over again, most of the Muslims on the forum who pull the “can’t trust hadith” strawman simply refuse to show us the evidence that they did the checking. They don’t show us in a scholarly fashion why specific hadiths cited can’t be trusted. All we get are blanket statements backed up by absolutely nothing. Please note that Hadith has rules. Not all hadith are to be accepted without checking.
You have just totally ignored all scriptural and textual study that has gone into the Bible and all the books therein since they were written. But you have no rules or law about bible. Too bad.
** No Muslim should do anything bad with your cross. That would be bad, real bad. Specially if you have Jesus there on the cross, as an idol, Muslims should not misbehave with any idol of worship. It’s a crucifix, a cross with Jesus nailed to it. Perhaps this is more offensive to muslims.

I don’t want to return to this but a crucifix worn around the neck is not an idol.** No Muslim should do anything bad with your cross. That would be bad, real bad. Specially if you have Jesus there on the cross, as an idol, Muslims should not misbehave with any idol of worship.
I am hundred percent sure that there will not be any Muslim who would curse Jesus.
You do not think my views about bible are Islamic. Well be it so. I do not blame you. I had told you the truth in all honesty.**

Good luck getting an answer Peter…Tell us about the black stone.
omg! we have explained this so many times that it’s not funny…Good luck getting an answer Peter…![]()
Sir, you who have played ignorant to the existence of people’s arguments in post, who uses logical fallacies out the wazu, have tried to claim he couldn’t respond because posts were too long, and who have blatantly lied regarding your knowledge of other people and your use of similar arguments and tactics against them…you, sir, have little to say that will justify anyone believing your “truth.”I had told you the truth in all honesty.
**I do not expect any one to accept my arguments because most of you are biased and prejudiced. There were people who did not believe in Jesus too. there are all kinds of people.Sir, you who have played ignorant to the existence of people’s arguments in post, who uses logical fallacies out the wazu, have tried to claim he couldn’t respond because posts were too long, and who have blatantly lied regarding your knowledge of other people and your use of similar arguments and tactics against them…you, sir, have little to say that will justify anyone believing your “truth.”
**Moreover, black stone is not a man hanging on the cross. Nor is it any animal. Nor is it hanging in every muslims neck. Nor is it reverred as a God. There could be no comparison.omg! we have explained this so many times that it’s not funny…
