Question regarding Adam and the Dinosaurs

Alright… So we know through scripture that Death and sin entered into this world through Adam’s original sin.

However, when I say “Dinosaurs” I mean really all animals that predate adam. Wasnt there death before Adam was around?

Can anyone share their thoughts?
 
There was no death before Adam was around. Remember, death was introduced into the world AFTER Adam’s original sin, therefore the things that predate Adam, or things that were created before him, would not have died until Adam committed the Original Sin.
 
I would be a little cautious and make sure there is a difference between death, and Death. Sin was not around before Adam, nor was there spiritual Death. A natural death is a little stickier.
 
Genesis 2:16-17 “The LORD God gave the man this order: You are free to eat from any of the trees of the garden except the tree of knowledge of good and evil. From that tree you shall not eat; when you eat from it you shall die.”

Footnote in the New American Bible: You shall die: since they do not die as soon as they eat from the forbidden tree, the meaning seems to be that human beings have become mortal, destined to die by virtue of being human. (All from NAB)
