The texts that each translation went with must differ. Remember that the Douay translated from the Vulgate, while the NAB went with the Masoretic Hebrew Text. That may be the difference.
Those four “extra” verses at the beginning of chapter 2 (verses 1-4) of Zechariah in the NAB correspond to the last four verses (verses 18-21) of chapter 1 of Zacharias in the Douay-Rheims. The two versions have the same verses; they simply insert the chapter division at different places.
