I have a question. I am a NASCAR fan and I root for 3 drivers. And I have recently had someone tell me that I should stop rooting for 2 of them because of things they do off-track (some proven some just rumors).

But I root for them because of what they do on the track. I root for them because on the track they are good sportsman. They dont whine and fuss and blame others when they dont win. And they race aggressive but they dont crash people out. And I just pray for them as far as there off track lives are concerned. Is that bad?
 
To root for a person/people bad or good why is that wrong? People pray for people who sin all the time. I try to help people who are not religious and root for them. i guess i kind of have to where i live there are not alot of religious folk around.God loves EVERYONE not just people who are like saints. Not everyone is perfect does that give us the right to shun those who are less perfect than the one who raised your doubts in your mind? If you talk to these people you root for why not tell them your concerns try point them towards god and a healthly less sinfull life if you dont speak with them pray harder for them and their souls. god bless.
