Whenever I think of this it makes me question my faith. I know Jesus was real, but is there any proof that he did what it says in the Bible.
Do you mean sources outside the Bible? If you beleve the Bible is the Word of God, then I don’t see how you could question the witness given by Christ’s Apostoles and Disciples. It was the Apostoles and Disciples who wrote the New Testiment. If you accept the Bible, you surely must accept their testimoney.Whenever I think of this it makes me question my faith. Quadratus writes (circa 123 A.D.) that in his day there were still persons around who had been cured or raised from the dead by Jesus – prime witnesses. [Eusebius, *Church History, 4.3, 1.2; See Free From All Error, Fr W. Most, p 12].Thankatroop12

If you went around teaching and "performing miracles" in the backwoods of North Carolina (for example)......and then many of your previously cowardly followers began to teach with authority and power.....and to die for you. I would consider that as a proof that there was something very powerful going on with you...and your teaching.
