Hello,
It sounds like you are concerned that you somehow haven’t been baptized. Basically, in order to be a Christian you need to be baptized. While the Catechism does not rule out the possibility of salvation for some non-Christians (who are not baptized), it is better to be baptized if at all possible. If you have not been validly baptized (either in the Catholic Church or in another church with Trinitarian baptism accepted by the Catholic Church) then baptism is necessary for you to be a member of the Catholic Church. There are no unbaptized Catholics.
I suggest you make an appointment and speak to your priest about this situation. If it seems that you have not been baptized anywhere then you could be baptized in the Catholic Church, but you would likely need to take some instruction in the Catholic Faith (usually called “RCIA”) first. If it is not clear whether you have been baptized elsewhere or not, the priest might also perform a “conditional baptism” which would take effect if you had not already been validly baptized. Talk to your priest.
God bless
(Can someone please move this to Liturgy and Sacraments category?)
