If you don’t have proof you were baptised like a baptismal certificate then you can be conditionally baptized

Were you confirmed? Or has this happened because you want to be confirmed? If you were confirmed then I think it would have been verified then and you may be able to check with the parish you were confirmed in. Otherwise find out where it is likely you were baptized and check with those parishes.i was raised catholic but i dont know if i was baptized my parents dont know and my parents are catholic

It’s unusual that your parents don’t know whether you were baptized or not. You could not (legally) have been baptized without your parents’ knowledge or consent.
You can be conditionally baptized if you’re not sure, when you are confirmed.
Not sure what you mean by your question about being obsessed. Obviously, Christ is a big deal, and being obsessed with him is a good thing. Many saints focused on him constantly. St. Paul said to pray without ceasing, which I take to mean keeping God in the back of your mind as much as possible.
It sounds as if you may be a teenager. Your questions sound appropriate for your age. Hopefully, you will have many of your questions answered during the process of confirmation. You could also read the Catechism. There’s a version called YOUCAT,Youth Catechism for high school and young adults.

When a person is baptized, he is born again, and the Holy Spirit comes to love in our hearts.
You will know you are baptized when you receive the sacrament of baptism.
The way you put your question is not the way Catholics would put it, it is more like what Protestants would say.
