Questions about How to Pray

Yeah i really whould like to know something that s why i have a question even so i already made an prayer issue but somehow this is something else

Which means i whould like to talk about prayer a little more to understand it like for example today i saw a video about guardian angels and i dont remember that i ever as a kid did that or i did not shure since i dont remember

but what i learned from a video that we can pray to our guardian angels for example if you are forgetfull or if you have some issues in life or if you go on trip somewhere to be safe etc

is that ok to do i just want to be carefull to not do something what goes againts our catholic teaching please tell me what s ok and what s not to do?

And last by what i mentionated of course we can give all these problems to our lord moustly

basically does pray withoud ceasing means when we have problems i just explained we feel to get into argument? pray before it you have problem on some issues you cant handle? pray before it again and again what ever issue it is

pray to remove your intrusive toughs? that s what i learned from wathcing videos on youtube is that good thing?

Well everyone you see why i am asking this i didnt really live my faith how we should do that s why it was hard to understand things but i really whould aprishiate your help

with compassion and humilty lets first read my comment of course why not pray that your comment reach me with compasion and give me good answer?

Yes, we can pray to our guardian angels to help us in these ways, and also remember to thank him 🙂
 
And age doesnt matter? i am 30 i dont remember ever praying to guardian angel unitil i noticed catholic video about it and in my prayer book has basic prayer

this means i can pray to guardian angel when i am forgetfull about something or other things just i explained correct?

One definition of prayer is lifting one’s mind & heart to God. With that in mind I believe we can pray without ceasing by always remembering we are in the presence of God.

Another way is to practice doing everything with Him, through Him, in Him, & for Him (I believe that’s just another way of practice being in the presence of God).

Another way to think of it is your life should be a witness to Jesus the Risen Lord, Christ the King. If you bear witness to Him by the way you live your life, you are glorifying God… praying without ceasing.
 
Don’t worry one bit about your age 🙂 I am twice your age, and I pray to my guardian angel 🙂 and I often ask him to help me remember things, as I am rather forgetful :o
 
Sorry for late reply and that s good thing to know Justin_Mary very good indeed and that s also what i just wanted to ask interesting that means the video i watched was really educative and what you told me now i know something new today

Also in the video i watched its cartoon about pray withoud ceasing where you are like outside and pray now that s what s a bit confusing when it s ok to do that? like are you in private when nobody s around if you are outside do i find some safe place to pray

Praying to your Guardian Angel is a great thing to do! I always ask mine to pray for me and thank her.
