As far as I have read on this forum, people who commit suicide are usually not morally culpable of their action, because their motivations are not entirely rational and this capacity for rational thought. Because of this reduced culpability, it is not a necessary conclusion to say that they are in hell.
- Do kamikaze pilots go to hell? Kamikaze pilots are not crazy, but their actions are influenced by the duress of the war.
- What about a stalker (who obviously is crazy) who constructs a mail bomb to kill someone, and after that, that person commited suicide? He has malicious intentions, although he isn’t sane. (this example is actually based on a real person; if you know who tell us.)
