Ive watched a video on YouTube showing the Ordinariate Mass celebrated by Msgr. Keith in Our Lady of the Atonement. I noticed the Gospel was read at the aisle instead of the ambo. Is there any reason for this? How are Ordinariate Masses different from the Ordinary form?

The Mass that the ordinariate uses is a mix of the ordinary form and the extraordinary form (more towards the extraordinary form), with a fusion of the Sarum rite. In the extraordinary form at a Solemn High Mass, the deacon reads the gospel facing north and not at the ambo. The ordinariate also has this custom (at a Missa Cantata as well as a Solemn High Mass) and it seems in that instance they have slightly altered the direction that they are facing.

This is typically part of Anglican Patrimony. At solemn celebrations of the Ordinariate Use there may be a Gospel procession and the Gospel is then proclaimed in the midst of the people.
