Two part question: 1) If a Catholic has questions about certain Catholic teachings or beliefs what steps should be taken to try and resolve these conflicts and 2) If one utimately decides they can not accept said teachings or beliefs, what becomes of them as viewed by the Church and what is the proper action for that person to take once this conclusion has been made?

for 1), keep studying, reading, praying and learning more about the issue, how the Church teaching developed in response to challenges against it, as we have the obligation to properly form our faith and conscience.
for 2) since the Catholic may not take up conclusions contrary to Church teaching, go back to 1) and keep studying, reading and praying on the matter.

1.) Read the Catechism on the topic, the foot notes and references. Ask questions of Catechists and Pastors, Deacons.

2.) If you truly reject the Churches teaching, refrain from receiving the Sacraments. And continue studying and praying for better understanding.

I read your other posts and it seemed like you were coming back to the Church after reading the bible and studying. I suspect somebody has hit you with some things that you could not answer and now you are floundering in your belief of the Church. That happens when a Catholic who is not well trained in defending the faith comes up against those who are in another religion. Hold fast to the things you know are true brother and don’t waver. If this is truly the problem then you can ask a question. Many here are well versed and willing to help you. God Bless
