I see many people, asking so many question,s about morality in the Catholic Faith. The Catechism of the Catholic Church, does answer many of these question. Greatest investment, I ever made. The other thing, you have to ask yourself, in these question. Does it Glorify God, give Charity(Perfect Love), to him, his Church and others? If the answer is no, than don’t do it!
I have found the Catholic Churches teachings very clear, they are about Charity(Perfect love), which is the good race we run, like Paul said in the Bible. The Sacraments, are there, to achieve this perfect act, of Charity towards, God, the Church, ourselves, and others. The Catholic Church, is not teaching legalism,it teaches perfect love(Charity), by the Holy Spirit, through Sacramental life. She(The Church) stands fast, in this Love, and we get the fruit of the Holy Spirit through her: Love(Charity), joy, Peace, endurance,Faith,Hope. If it is not bearing fruit, of the Holy Spirit, then you better really question, what you are thinking about. Our focus should be on the Precious Blood of Jesus and Heavenly things. If our life is not, then we got a problem. This is not to guilt any one, but to draw you closer to God’s love and Sacramental life.If this is not clear enough, take to a priest in confession or just meet him.I pray this doesn’t sound insensitive, but I myself have been on both sides of the fence. I only mean to pass on to you what I have learnt in the Catholic Faith.
God Bless
