3 And he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called holy, every one who has been recorded for life in Jerusalem, 4 when the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and cleansed the bloodstains of Jerusalem from its midst by a spirit of judgment and by a spirit of burning.
I have a few questions:
Does” he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem” refer to all the christians that at the end of their life go in Heaven? So is Isaiah talking about Jerusalem- Heaven or the Jerusalem of the earth, the city ?
Who are the daughters of Jerusalem?
Does the fact that the Lord will “cleanse the bloodstains from Jerusalem ( his own bloodstains from the Cross?) by a spirit of judgement and a spirit of burning”, refer to the final judgement or to the judgement every one of us will face at the end of this earthly life ?
