On the Bible, it contains images for instance, "his head and his hairs were white as white wool and as snow. And his eyes were as a flame of fire: 15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as in a burning furnace. And his voice as the sound of many waters. 16 And he had in his right hand seven stars. And from his mouth came out a sharp two-edged sword. And his face was as the sun shines in his power. " From the Book of Revelation. Yet I haven’t noticed any depictions of Jesus in this way -not in art of any medium. Is there some problem with this image, are some images of God or angels morally or theologically preferable to others?

On Easter, how long before Easter does one need to have confession?

There are tons of paintings, drawings, scuptures, etchings, etc, depicting various aspects of Revelation.

The Easter duty consists of the requirement to receive the Eucharist once per year, during the Easter Season.

There is no requirement to go to Confession “before Easter.” However, if one is conscious of mortal sin, you would need to go to Confession before receiving the Eucharist.
 
A Catholic is required to go to confession at least once a year.Could be anytime.

A Catholic is required to confess **grave ** (mortal) sins at least once a year:

Can. 989 After having reached the age of discretion, each member of the faithful is ob-liged to confess faithfully his or her grave sins at least once a year.
