How many Mass reading options are there for Thanksgiving Day?

Two are listed on the USCCB website - the usual reading and a special option for Thanksgiving Day.

Is there any other grouping of readings that a parish may opt to use?

Thank you.

My church did not even offer a mass on thanksgiving. Remember its only an Amercan holiday, not a holy day…I imagine the lectionary offerings would be whatever falls in line for the daily readings, nothing special.

As mentioned above, the Ordo states that parishes could have chosen either the readings for Thursday of the Thirty-fourth Week in Ordinary Time or any readings from volume four of the Lectionary (nos. 943-947, “In Thanksgiving to God”).
