Nope. I used to go with my mom as a child, before I was confirmed.

I don’t even think you have to be Catholic. You might want to be though by the time you leave.

I go to adoration, and I’m not Catholic. I go at an Episcopal church when it’s offered, but more commonly at a Catholic church. I’ve always found it helpful.
