If you are asking about the new translation of the Mass, then (1) the “format” of the Mass isn’t changing, just the wording, and (2) no, this has no effect on the breviary. That too will presumably be updated at some point in the future, but no time soon.. . . will the breviary change when the mass format changes?

However their are a couple of correspondence points between the breviary and the missal that I expect will have to be addressed sometime. One being the response “And with your spirit” in case of a public setting with a priest or deacon, and the other being the Closing Prayers on Sundays and feastdays.
