Some things I already knew, but here it is good articles about Qu’ran origins

Some of them was already discussed in here

I must say that they can me outrageous and very offensive for those who believes in Islam

It is no my intention to offend believes, but I’m also shocked, disturbed, astonished, bewildered and resentful about all what I have had read in

www.turntoislam.com

Who authored the Qu’ran ?

Qu’ran in Catholic Encyclopedia

I sincerely hope that can open the eyes of blinds, those without hope, those that can’t find peace in a distant and a unknown God

OK, but what about them do you find, objectionable (I’m guessing)

I skimmed through them. I think the encyclopedia is the most accurate about the legends and apocrypha in Quran.

I don’t want to know anything, just read the links I gave
This looks very interesting.

Years ago I was on an e-mail list for linguists and philologists. The topic of a proto-Qur’an occasionally came up. Apparently the deprecation of authentic Arabic terms in favor of foreign (Syriac & Hebrew) words to describe theological concepts caused some to suspect that there once was such a text.

At that time I tended not to pay much attention to such stuff (it was all the opium of the people to me) and I wish now that I knew more about the theories. Anyway, thanks for posting the links.
