Don’t know Randy Clark. Don’t care to.

My Teacher is the Holy Spirit.

I’m not talking about people. I’m talking about GOD, the **Holy Spirit, ** who is in charge of the Ministry. GOD is the One people need to get closer to. I believe in going straight to the Source.

So you don’t read things like The Imatation of Christ or the writings of St. Teresa of Avila? Saying you go straight to the source sounds a lot like what our Protestant brothers and sisters say in reference to the saints or the sacrament of reconciliation.

The way I understand the gifts of the Holy Spirit is that they aren’t something a teacher can give you. They are gifts of the Holy Spirit. One day you don’t have it the next you do. As members of the Body of Christ some have this gift another has that one. No one was necessarily taught to function in a gift per say.

Bruised_Reed, I read books on many subjects. The Holy Bible is my favorite. The Holy Spirit is the most wonderful Teacher.

Protestants don’t go to the Saints. And they don’t believe in the Sacrament of Reconciliation which they call confessing sins to a priest/man.

There is nothing wrong with Catholics saying they go straight to the Source (God). You seem ashamed of it.

No, the title shows that it is about one person, a “Randy Clark.”

The way you uderstand is theway you apply thegifts oththe h.s…that edify confort

I mean this in the most loving and charitable way possible…

do you even use spell-check or look over your posts before pressing the ‘post’ button?

Randy Clark is not Catholic. Healing is not a parlor trick that can be “taught”.

The Holy Spirit is the 3rd Person of the Trinity. He is not a servant who performs on cue.

The Sacraments of Healing may be administered by a validly ordained Priest or Bishop.

Stay away from this stuff.

Stick with the teachings of the Holy Catholic Church.

Its revealing tosee how people. Answer simple questions.

Ephasans 4:11 saint paul describes the 5 fold ministry. and its purpose

Apostles (the Bishops are the successors to the Apostles)

Prophets (John the Baptist was the last prophet per CCC #719)

Evangelists (there are many Evangelists, Ordained Evangelists work under the authority of their Bishop, Lay Evangelists must also be endorsed by their Bishop)

Pastors (always an ordained Priest or a Bishop)

Teachers (there are many Teachers, Ordained Evangelists work under the authority of their Bishop, Lay Teachers must also be endorsed by their Bishop or Pastor)

The Sacraments of Healing are operated through Priests and Bishops.

Exactly. Most Protestants say the same thing about going to the source as though asking for the intercession to saints or confessing to priests is ineffectual at best, unbiblical at worst.
You seem ashamed of it.
That’s a ridiculously huge leap. What have I ever posted that suggested being ashamed?
