My LOTH hard copy set, under “Observances in the United States”, lists today’s commemoration as a mere memorial. Is Our Lady of Guadalupe only celebrated as a memorial in the US? In Canada, its celebrated as a full feast…just curious.

It’s a feast in the USA under the OF calendar.
It’s been a feast in Latin America since the 1700s, and became a feast in USA in 1988.
In 1999, Pope JPII raised it to the level of Feast for the whole North American continent, i.e. Canada because every other place in North America was already celebrating it as a feast at minimum - Mexico celebrates it as an HDO. In the places where it was already being celebrated at the higher level of Solemnity, that was allowed to continue.

Here is a past thread discussing the history of its ranking in great detail:

Our Lady of Guadalupe Holy Day? Liturgy and Sacraments
How long has December 12 been a holy day in the U.S.? Does anyone know what year the U.S. Bishops mandated this? I think it quite appropriate, just curious when we began recognizing this holy day as “our own”.

I had noticed the same last year and my liturgy professor said that LOTH was last revised in 1975; 13 years before Our Lady of Guadeloupe was elevated to a feast in the US.

There is a supplement to the LOTH that was published in 1992 (I think) that contains the updated antiphons, readings and prayers for this and other changes up to that time. To the best of my knowledge, there is not an update that covers the last 25 years of changes.
