Argument for subjective morality on rape: Society as a whole could proclaim that rape is not permissable based upon our naturally aquired proclivity towards empathy. We can logically conclude also that rape is “bad” for society. We can create an objective social contract based upon mutual values and reason. the laws of physics have made us social creatures where we survive better and suffer less w cooperation.
