Rare Saint Statues

I am in search of a confirmation gift - a statue of Saint Jerome Emiliani. I have checked with some of the popular on-line Catholic stores, but no luck.

Do you know where I could go to find statues of not-so-common saints?

I had to write to France to get my St. Germaine Cousin. I’m still trying to get a hold of St. John Nepomucky.

**Check out these guys at Paxhouse. Often they misname the saints…check out the Don/John Bosco one: #277, I don’t think it’s Don Bosco, but I could be wrong. The cassock, the book, and the dhild without socks almost give it away. **

Saint Jerome Emiliani, Founder of the Order of Somascha

Here’s another idea: contact the order which St. Jerome founded, the Order of Somascha.

The Somaschi Fathers (Somaschi for short), officially Clerici Regulares Congregationis Somaschae (abbreviated as C.R.C.S.), are a charitable religious congregation of regular clerics, founded in the sixteenth century by Saint Jerome Emiliani and named after the mother-house at Somasca. (From Wiki)

Here is their website, with contact information in the United States. I suggest that you give them a call, explain your situation, possibly make a donation or sponsor onr of their missions overeas, and they may be able to procure a statue for you. Here we are in this thread praying that you can get a statue…

Funny you should ask! I chose St. Veronica as my Confirmation Saint… 35 years ago… and I JUST now (about a month ago) found a statue of her! I found it in the Leaflet Missal Company catalog… so I snapped it up! Here is their link. Hope you find what you’re seeking. If not, try giving them a call… and see if they can special order it for you. God bless.
