Hey, can anyone explain to me who this guy is and what hes all about and how Catholics should feel about him?

From my limited knowledge of him, he is an East Indian who I believe was trained in Scotland, but from the few times I have heard him, he has a very sound mind, logically formulated to defend the christian faith succinctly and without error. He has debated many well educated athiests and I believe won many souls to Christ.
He is an evangelical and I am hoping, like Scott Hahn, that one day the truth of Catholicism will be unavoidable for him. I enjoy listening to him, whenever I accidently catch on the radio.

He is one of the few Evangelists I enjoy listening to. A lot of people call him the “thinking man’s preacher”. Very succinct and well read. No Joel Osteen fluffiness at all.

I first read his book Jesus Among other Gods about five years ago. If found this book to be very sound and a great book for athiest.

He’s a straight shooter…I’m pretty sure I heard him speaking at a church…Last century…
…Like Corrie TenBoom when she spoke you have to listen closely…I came to Christ in the early seventies and heard a lot of good speakers over the years.
