If you have access to an FSSP parish I would absolutely recommend you seek out the priest there for one on one instruction.

By happy coincidence that is the parish closest to my house and I discovered it quite accidentally. 😃 👍

I was swept off my feet by my first missa cantata/high Mass. The Faith came to life in a new way when I encountered its ancient chant and stirring polyphany. I think about my old “Gather” hymnal days and shudder sometimes.
