Our RCIA program will be keeping you all in our prayers.

We start on the 29th.

I have been involved in our parish RCIA for almost 20 yrs., and I learn something new every year.

When I made the decision to convert or seriously considering converting, I thought that someone converting to Catholicism was something strange and uncommon. I’m glad that this is not the case and that I’ll be sharing this experience with so many people on here.
 
I had to change my hours at work to take this class. I have been telling my friends about it many people don’t know about rcia since so many Catholics start from birth.
 
I start teaching RCIA in a couple of weeks!

That’s awesome. I thought you were already in full communion with the Church. I’m so happy for you. Please keep us updated on your journey.
 
No I’m teaching/leading the program!😛

But I’m still nervous.

People will be relying on my teaching in their faith journey.

DUH!!! I just went back and reread your post. I’ve been sick the past month and a half and was in the hospital a couple of weeks ago. Maybe I better take my temperature. I may have fever again. 😃

I will certainly pray for you. Based on the posts I’ve read of your’s I know you’ll be a great teacher.
 
Mine starts Monday evening. I am nervous but excited. My youngest daughter(age 13) starts Faith Formation on Tuesday.
