The point of RCIA is to have a faith experience involving the liturgical year and the lectionary cycle in preparation for the sacraments. There are periodic rites that have to be attended during the year and other events as designed by the particular diocese ad parish. To have an RCIA course online would not only miss the point about the RCIA process but it would be in contrast to the form provided in the Book of Rites.
Not to harp on it or jump on you for your question as it is valid but I am a big advocate of it as I myself went through RCIA and have taught it as a Seminarian. It is perhaps of of the best gifts given to us post Vatican II in the line of patristic forms revisited.
