64 yr old laicized catholic priest wishing for faculities to be re-instituted on a limited basis. That is to say, while living at home with my brother I would like to celebrate private Mass (me alone). The Mass will be dedicated to various intentions. Currently, to celebrate Holy Mass on my own privately would be considered “valid but illicit.” “Ecclesia Suplet”
Secondly, are there any facilities instituted for the purpose of assisting laicised priests like me? Laicization was due to leaving my diocese as I couldn’t adjust to the environment, the State, and the language. Request was voluntary on my part 13 years ago.
