So, is getting music through programs/services such as “Ruckus” a violation of God’s Law?! I mean, i am reffering to those services/programs which are meant to give college students access to a lot of music for free so as to keep them [us 😃 ] from downloading music from file-sharing programs…

Thanks!

Of course it’s ok! I’m a college student and I use Ruckus all the time. It’s perfectly legal, and the artists who contribute music to their data base do so on the basis that the users will be able to download there music free of charge.

It’s not piracy or stealing, its legitimate, and not a sin! I love Ruckus cus it’s pretty much the only way I can get lots of free music without stealing.

Keep using it, it’s great!

I don’t really have much of anything to add, because ThatGuy pretty much said it all. I’ve downloaded thousands of songs (half of which I’ve probably never listened to) from Ruckus, guilt-free.
👍

There is nothing intrinsically wrong with downloading music from the internet. The problem comes when it’s done illegally (as with P2P filesharing programs).

PHEW!

Thanks a lot Brothers! Now I have one less thing to worry about! LOL 😃 👍

And now, I bid you & everyone at all the Peace of Our Lord!👍
