So, this movie looks really, really good.

I’m aware that it’s based on a really popular novel, so I was wondering whether or not anyone here has read it and whether or not they would recommend it.
 
My dad thought it was entertaining pulp. My brother said it exemplified everything wrong with millennial culture and put it down after the fourth page or something.

Sounds like mass media narcissistic millennial/GenX wish fulfillment to me, but I’m a curmudgeon that hates everything.
