Can somebody tell me what is the difference between the Real Presence of God in the Eucharist and his Indwelling presence in the Soul of the just… I admit that there is a difference but I would like to know exactly what that difference is

The real presence is substantial. Touchable. See CCC 1374

I don’t get it, does it mean that the indwelling of the trinity in the soul is not substantial? what “of God” then is indwelling our soul sanctified by grace?

The true answer, to be honest is: I do not know.
But I will try to guess.
I guess that we were created at the image of God as the Bible says. What as image is? I do not know again but I guess it is like you see somebody and you immediately guess that that person must be the son of So-and-So, for the maneurisms, the way of talking and behavind only can be…We are sons of God-
In the Eucharist it is He, Himself, who comes to feed us.
But there was a beautiful thread here that asked how many ways Jesus was with us and we gathered a dozen of them.
It was fun…

The word substantial is not being used to describe magnitude. Substantial means “material” The Body of Christ is tangible. The indwelling is spiritually present. CCC 1377 The Eucharistic presence of Christ begins at the moment of the consecration and endures as long as the Eucharistic species subsist. Christ is present whole and entire in each of the species and whole and entire in each of their parts, in such a way that the breaking of the bread does not divide Christ.207 The indwelling, sanctifying Spirit endures forever.
