The hardest part is in getting the spouse who doesn’t see the difficulty. Sometimes it is truly not seeing the issue, or not being willing or able to face it and openly communicate those with the other.
We are communicating but things have gone from bad to worse. I’m hoping this is because the actual issues are coming out into the open. Please pray for us. Pray that I will be humble and caring instead of angry and spiteful. I have so much resentment that has built up for so long and I am struggling to let it go.
I will pray for you. Sometimes facing and addressing the problem/issue is like pulling a bandage off an old would; it hurts like heck, but it is the way to get to the core and clear it up.

Sometimes things have to get worse before they get better. It’s better to have things out in the open. Sometimes that hurts and hard truths have to be faced but it’s a start.
