Humanae Vitae states that married couples may use NFP to space out/limit children under ‘physical, psychological or external’ reasons. Can there be other non-selfish ‘just’ reasons where couples can limit family size?

That is for the couple to discern in prayer together. No one can give you a list of reasons. Mother Church does not produce one.

I think that physical, psychological or external reasons covers pretty much every good reason you can think of, from A to Z. That’s a huge umbrella.

Simcha Fisher’s Sinner’s Guide to NFP is a good, fast read that you may find helpful.

“physical, psychological, external” Pretty much covers it.🤷 I can’t think of something that would not fall into those categories.
