Received charm that is strange

I have received a charm that I do not know what it says , could someone translate it for me. On the back it says “septics centesimo exevnte anno ab obitv divi antonii patavini “. And a date under it is the date mcmxxxi. On the front is even more interesting… it’s a saint holding a child with a halo holding flowers and under both of them is a knights shield.
 
My guess is this is what English speaking people would call a “Medal”.

Saint holding a child with a halo and flowers sounds like a St Joseph medal. Not sure about the shield, I would think St Michael or St George for a shield. 1931 medal.
 
antonii patavini is the key, look that up with the word “saint” on google
 
It is a medal commemorating St Anthony of Padua. The date is 1931. The inscription means 700 years from the death of St Anthony of Padua (he died 1231).
 
Thank you everyone for your comments, it is much appreciated. I ended up taking the charm to the church here and now have my priest has contacted the Vatican to find out more details.
